Do you really think the government(s) has the resources to actually use the deal in the worst ways imaginable vs the intended use? For example, the blog post warns of language that you have interpreted students can be criminals from sharing a textbook. Obviously feds aren't going to inspect every student to insure they don't. They don't even crack down on Colorado or Washington after openly legalizing pot, at least to the extent possible.
