Im a user of F-Secure and I cant help but notice how unintuitive the "my f-secure" platform is. In fact, it is so confusing and poorly organised that I consider stopping using it. Why is this? Have you recieved negative feedback on the interface before?

Thank you for acknowledging my problems. Your company seems to really care and offer a great product. As said the subscription manager and profile interface is very confusing and overcomplicated. Imo you should go back to the old register a code format. Works much better and simpler.

Well what do I expect him to do? Rewrite the whole framework? I at least gotta be polite that he even read it. Oh well, if the interface doesnt change Im moving to avast despite living in Finland...
