Just about every training is supposed to have risk management done prior to (does it happen? Not always.) The Operations Sergent Major (the head guy of operations. He went out of his way to do a task that he's supposed to deligate to his subordinates (and doesn't need to be done for walking up a hill) and hand delivered it to this Joe.
