I was at that show! Right in front of him as it were. I had asked him before the show if we were gonna see a new Postal Service album. He said yes and that they were working on it. And I shall forever remember that night as the time Ben Gibbard lied to my face.

Hello, Mr. Rowntree. I was only introduced to your work recently in the grand scheme of things, but as soon as I found Subnormality I became quickly smitten with it. Never before have I found a webcomic so poignant and thought-provoking as to make me seriously question some of my beliefs, if not change a few of them outright. That said, my question is this: You deal with quite a few traditionally controversial subjects in your work (atheism, gender roles, etc...), what kind of feedback have you gotten from readers concerning these 'hot-button' subjects? What do you think of these comments and does it have any influence on your work? Is it easy to find the innate humor in these sorts of topics or do you have trouble with it, wondering if you will offend some of your fan base? Either way, thank you for doing what you do so very well and I hope to see Subnormality make it to #300. Cheers!

Hey guys.

One time I paid $150 to see you play at the Black Cat for Cullum Robbins' benefit concert. The person I bought the ticket from donated all the money to charity, which was totally cool. Then, at the show, you thanked us for doing that and dedicated Spider in The Snow (my favorite song) to us, which was even cooler. Thanks for that.

Question: How did you decide to cover Jennifer Paige's crush? Was that totally random?

Also, would you give me an idea to write a song about?

Do you think game design tends to be autobiographical? What in your life inspired Pinstripe and do you think the things and feelings you experienced post-Pinstripe will find their way into Pete's mind?
