What's something that customer's can do to make your life a little easier that we wouldn't otherwise think about?

Oh my god, I would never do that, unless it would be to alert them of an emergency in their store, like an injury or something. Other than that, I can think of no reason to go to a manager, it's just not worth, people have bad days, i get it.
