I do see him. He's cordial and we tend to chat for a few minutes. He asks about The Room Actors: Where Are They Now.

Greg S and I have talked together about this. He was an undercover Narc officer and the weed he had on the roof is what he confiscated from Chris R after they grabbed him. That's why the cops got there so quickly at the end of the movie and why they could dump off Chris R so quickly. Plus, it explains why no one ever knows what job he has even though he's always very busy.

Of course, Peter wasn't at the party because he was down at the station giving his statement as to what happened with Chris R who disappeared and whose gun wasn't found until after that shooting at the end.

I don't interact with him very often. Usually, I see him when I'm at a convention or if I'm taking friends to a screening.
