I'm curious: what are your thoughts about the future of air travel in general? I ask as someone who's pretty disappointed in the state of the industry; everything from the sustainability of flying, lack of innovation, pilot shortages, labor concerns, additional negative changes to the passenger experience, etc.

Outside of the occasional cheap flight, is there anything I can look forward to? Or is becoming a points-obsessed credit card churner the only way to enjoy flying moving forward?

Not a pro butcher, but a decent home cook. I'd suggest spatchcocking the bird. This article explains why it's such a great method.
