EDIT: I'm getting some absolutely baffling replies. Almost everyone who lives in Pyeongyang is part of/has connections with the elite. The rest of the country is starving and being brutally oppressed. Why do you think the modern world keeps shipping them aid? It's because the country has been starving since 1994.
