Cheers to you for doing this first of all.

That being said are you worried now of the effects of having only one kidney? Have you ever wondered what would happen is for some reason your only kidney began to fail?

Just wondering how typical this is and if it is "taught" to employees to do this.

Called Comcast to get bill changed, was told it would be changed from 54 to 39 for 12 months. Next two bills were 54. Called again and was told they don't do 39 and after 20 minutes of informing the rep I wanted what I was promised they said the best they could do was 29 for 6 months.

The guy waiting until I was already on the phone with him for ~40 minutes to inform me of this. Is there a certain amount of time I have to stay on the line in order to actually get results or is it to everyone's discretion?

So is 20% functionality of each not better than 20% of one?
I only ask because I have a family history of shit kidney's so I figured I'd never be able to donate to any family member in need.
