Hello Ryan, I was wondering.. In the Division, will be be able to drive? I am hoping I can ram raid some well known New York landmark.

I feel like although it would be a huge change in scope and would probably upset the coders it'd really add to the open world feel of the game, imagine being able to use a stolen armoured car as part of your strategy or even get away vehicles :D
