I'm not a gaming expert by any stretch, you'll have to pose that question to Ken, but the Jouse2 is a total mouse replacement, you deflect the joystick to move the cursor on the screen and you can do this is precise control as Ken demonstrates, then if you want to left click, you simply puff, if you want to right click you simply sip. It does not emulate a keyboard. From what I can tell he has his games configured such that he can click on everything he needs, eliminated the need for key strokes.

We have other products that can send keystrokes or keystroke combinations by the click of a button. So you could select the appropriate button that he could select with his head or something else, depending on what works best for him, and then every time he clicks that button that keysroke would be sent. The best product for this would be the 2-switch, http://www.compusult.at/at-website/catalog/computer-access/2-switch

I totally agree, these solutions are very user specific, every user has different needs and abilities, and if he had the ability and desire to activcate another switch in some manner, this would work for him, but from watching his stream I think he does just fine just using the Jouse2. :-)

Jouse2?
Hi all, at Ken's approval, I work for the company that makes the the product he uses to control his computer, the Jouse2, and I am here to answer any questions regarding it. There's also a new version of the product, the Jouse3, that was released in May of this year.
