Ingest enough of most of those drugs and they certainly will do damage. Electrical vs chemical: hyperkalemia (excessive potassium) stops the heart when severe. I think this is what they use for lethal injections. Not 100% sure, but from what I've read the potassium interferes with the electric charge that triggers the heartbeat. Be careful, bro. I would avoid caffeine, amphetamines, and MJ. They all affect the heart.
