It's kind of funny though that you say Medicare is for "poor people" and feel bad for paying for poor people, but the next sentence you say how bad you feel for our poor people that get nothing. That's a huge American thought process and you have been here too long already. Until we get every person OK with people who are out of jobs still getting free healthcare and welfare, we won't ever get them. People always want to fix the problem but don't realize they are just making it worse. You even said the homeless here get nothing, and how are you going to find a job when you can't even shower for your interview? Honestly I think us Americans need to just STFU, pay 50% in taxes and not have to worry about public transportation, healthcare, college tuitions, or welfare for people out of jobs. But then you get the people who already had to pay for college and has $15,000 in medical bills and say "well if I had to pay for it, they have to also!"
