I already had tremendous respect for you as a businessman.

Now I have tremendous respect for you as a person, thank you for wanting to save the lost, forgotten, and dumped.

Watching this very scene right now! How random and funny! Hope this isn't the last of you, "extinguisher".

How did you come to get this role?

Bought a 5 year psp for my washer and dryer.

They replaced everything inside the washer 3 years ago for free (basically) and replaced the heating element in my dryer. So it more than paid for itself.

Also had a psp on my tv, they replaced the projection screen monitor and bulb (was a rear projection lcd) for free as well. Saved me quite a few times.

I feel like they're worth it.

It wasn't that they "broke", exactly.

For the washer, the circuit board was not delivering enough water for the washer. Caused an error code. They replaced it.

The washing drum itself smelled bad after years of use. They replaced that and the gasket. (Normal wear and tear)

The dryer, the heating element went bad. Happens pretty frequently when you do a ton of laundry like we do.

The TV, the bulb burned out. But when they started to fix it they noticed my tv was also dim because the projector itself was not working correctly. Replaced it.

So maybe they wore out before their real cycle should have. But consumer electronic and appliances are made so cheap now a days that it's really the norm now. Unfortunately.
