Does riffing professionally make it tough to watch a non-terrible movie or show immersively? Are you always writing jokes for it in some part of your mind?

It seems like the 90's were a golden age for sitcoms, and Mad About You was one of the best. What current half-hour comedies do you think are worth watching?

You write articles for a website whose business model (like most websites) is "here is an unending stream of content for free (please don't use an ad-blocker)." Now you're working on a book, the model of which is "here is a finite amount of content in exchange for money." What do you think are the strengths and weaknesses of these two models, both for creators and consumers?

Research the medical literature. There are people with amazing stories of being cured by everything. The question is, in a double-blind experiment, does the treatment provide a better outcome than a placebo and with minimal or acceptable side effects.

The current trend in education is toward more "mainstreaming" of children with various sorts of disabilities. This can put a tremendous burden on the teachers who are not trained to deal with their special needs but I suspect it is less expensive than providing the type of individuated services these students need.
