It's highly dependent on the beer. All Utah beer is 3.2%, but we measure by volume instead of weight which makes it 4%when talking about alcohol from other states. Budweiser is 5% elsewhere, so ours is 80% as strong, but there are beers that are 9% and whatnot.

It's fucking stupid for sure. If you make the absolute max you can before you don't qualify anymore, you are still paying half your income to rent.
