What about ceramics, aluminum, and other types of non-plastic containers? Do you store produce in glass in your refrigerators, as opposed to directly in drawers, etc. made of plastic? Any concerns about aluminum baking sheets?

I frequently use BPA free Nalgene bottles to brew and drink iced tea. Should I be concerned about chemicals leaching into the contents of the bottle with the hot water? I’m a bench scientist with 25+ years of experience. Thanks.
