JESUS CHRIST THAT IS SOME TALENT

edit: no, I'm not joking. I'm fucking impressed.

I mean shit, that's a really good point. When you take it out of context, literally everything about sex is hilarious.

I'm a younger gay guy who didn't come out until his early 20's due to fear of rejection and disowning by my parents, and because of this, it just feels like I've lost that part of my development.

I can't say a lot about this from a sex therapy perspective, and maybe can't offer much help, but I can at least offer my perspective. In my experience, anybody I've ever met who has any sexual interest at all who didn't start sex in their teenage years, sort of feels this way. There's just so much cultural lionization of our youth, and further, our bodies and feelings simply function so differently during those times, that great significance is oft-attributed to events during that time that are otherwise utterly mundane.

Realistically, most people do not have much sex earlier in life. Contrary to cultural belief, most teens just aren't fucking, or if they are, they aren't doing it a lot. Whether you're straight or gay, if you were missing out on getting laid in high school, you're closer to the norm than people who were. That's the way I understand it.

So it certainly is always hard to accept missing out on something in life, or feeling like you've fallen hopelessly behind in experience, but it's important to remember that this parameter of something you missed is predominantly an idea that you created in your own mind, and that it isn't necessarily accurate to reality. As I said, more people "missed out" on what you are thinking than didn't. And, further, most sex in that time period is...well...you're talking about a group people who have no tangible experience with sex, emotional maturity that is not fully developed, and interpersonal communication skills that are likely the same. Most teenage sex isn't just bad, it's hilariously bad, and that is certainly a novel experience to remember, but it may not be as important an experience as the theoretical value you've internally ascribed to it.

I don't know if that actually makes you feel any better, but like I said, most people in life I've talked to about that sort of stuff feel that way about something, even if it isn't sex, but I sure wish I'd gotten laid a lot more at that point in my life, the same way any formerly horny teenager probably does. But, that's how I rationalize it, and it seems to make sense to me.

Not to mention, they already completed failed at attracting top-tier teams to IEM Singapore. I can't imagine that travel to Australia from Europe/NA to be much cheaper; perhaps it would be even more, since Australia is such a popular country for tourism.

Known many women with endometriosis, and seriously, make sure you're doing your due diligence. It's an indefinite problem (at least, as far as I'm aware) but it is manageable and you can reduce some symptoms, and while it isn't imminently dangerous in general, it can become very dangerous to your health suddenly and without warning, so it's good to know you've got it and learn about warning signs to look out for. You'll likely be just fine, so don't worry too much, but like we're all saying, definitely get it checked out!
