Yeah, who'd ever get aroused looking at a computer monitor, right guys?

That said, if someone is following you for some time and flashing you repeatedly, usually you want to pull over and check your load. Blew 2 marker light fuses in 2 months and concerned motorists probably prevented me from getting a ticket in either case. And I've done the same for other trucks when their brake lights were out. Or one time when his door was open and groceries were spilling out.

In addendum, Worf is the son of Mogh. From the wiki... (http://memory-alpha.wikia.com/wiki/Mogh)
Duras challenged his honor in 2366 claiming that it was Mogh that gave information to the Romulans that led to their attack. In fact it was Duras' father, Ja'rod, who had betrayed his people by conspiring with the Romulans. However, Worf was forced to accept discommendation in order to protect the Empire due to the power of Duras's family, resulting in his reputation being colored for a time by the stain of his father's alleged crime. (TNG: "Sins of the Father", "The Drumhead")
Worf's father was essentially framed, and to not destroy the empire he had to bear his father's alleged shame, even though he knew his father was no traitor. It's why the Klingons, especially in early TNG are so cold to Worf (as well as being an officer in the Federation). As an officer of the Federation he also needs to maintain officer's bearing and not the passionate rages you see in many of the Klingon characters that come later in TNG and DS9.
tl;dr, Worf is a man of bearing and honor who walks a tight rope between two societies which prevents him from being as jovial as the human members of the Enterprise.
edit: Covered pretty well in episode 65, sins of the father (TNG)
