Why can't someone arrange a LLC or otherwise incorporate , and name the AI a director?

Because this wound be fraud. Maybe if an AI was advanced enough understand and sign documents, and who could also be sued/ taken to criminal trial.

I have never heard of giving advance notice. At my work if you get randomly selected you have like 3 days to go to the test center and get tested. The point is to make sure your not taking drugs at all, so I dont know how useful a test would be with 30 days notice.
