Chiming in to say the legend on /sp/ is that he turned himself in. I remember all of this very well, he went by the name lexplorer. Talked with him a bunch of times. We learned he was arrested after some Florida news channel posted his face during halftime of a Jags game and someone on /sp/ recognized him.
I'd like to know if the madman really did call the cops on himself.
