My wife and I live just a few blocks away from ABC (although we missed it when you were in town, dammit!), and are planning on going to the publicity stunt re-opening thing they're having later this week. After watching, I had a few questions:

-Does Gordon have a crew that goes in beforehand to determine what the worst dishes on the menu are, so that he can go in and just "randomly" choose those dishes to show us all how terrible it is?

-Those cakes looked delicious, but we both thought that the kitchen didn't look big enough to be have a bakery setup. Does Amy really make all of those desserts?

This is what I don't understand: how're you going to make any income if the website doesn't charge us to send a card?
