Will the National Library in Norway digitize and OCR university and college text books?

ahh that is awesome, way to go Norway. Here in the U.S. in addition to the cost of college, students can spend 1000$ on books and hopefully resell them for 5-8$ at the end of the semester. One of the only times they are made available in digital format is when the student has a documented disability and already owns the physical version of the text. Text books are a good money making racquet over here.
