I used to be a cashier for a major grocery chain. And I got jaded after just one week. Families of extremely obese people would come through with a cart full of chips, soda, and other unhealthy items and pay for it with their EBT card. Then they would walk up to the service counter and buy cigarette cartons with cash. One can't help but be bitter. My tax dollars at work. It's really frustrating because there are people out there who could use a helping hand for a while. But these people, who I'm sure are on permanent disability because of their weight, are fucking the system, and moreover, they're fucking you and me.

All I gotta say is props to you sir. A big tip of the hat. People are always complaining about how companies need to be more transparent and the minute you are honest about your business successes AND failures the minute these same people attack you for it.

Anyway, I'm happy your business is doing well and much respect for responding to these people who are requesting a refund.
