Have you done any research one naps vs sleep? When I was in college I spent a few months taking about four 1.5hr naps a day (roughly every 6hrs or so) and it was fantastic. I would have kept it up but once I graduated the traditional work schedule messed things up. When I thought about it, I felt it made sense since our ancestors (prehistoric man) probably took naps instead of sleeping for long periods due to living in the wild with constant threats (no idea how they really slept).

How do I know if my ballot is valid? I know how to check if it's been received, which it has, but I'm concerned that my ballot may be marked invalid after discovering they check it's validity by comparing the signature on the ballot to the signature from the DMV/my driver's license. That signature doesn't reflect my real signature at all since it was written on a shitty electronic pad where the line jumps around and has a bunch of gaps.

How are they dealing with this signature comparison issue nation-wide? I assume my DMV isn't the only one with shitty electronic pads.

Followup: I'm struggling with SIBO and have been told do go on a low FODMAP diet. This seems contradictory since I'm having issues due to my gut microbiome being messed up but a low FODMAP diet forbids all the probiotic and prebiotic foods.

Why wouldn't more of these types of food help fix this? Also I've read some anecdotal reports of going with these prebiotic and probiotic foods and dealing with the symptoms and after a few weeks their gut adjusts and their symptoms are better than when it started out completely gone. That's the type of outcome I'd expect. Are there any studies on this type of regimen?
