Hey there's a House episode about a guy who won't say no to people asking for help. Have you seen it?

I'm glad you're having a me day. Gotta look after yourself sometimes too! (Although I wish I would take my own advice haha).

A word of warning about that House episode though. The reason the guy wasn't saying no to anyone was due to a medical issue so please don't take that as me saying there is something "wrong" with you as that's not what I was meaning! It was just a super interesting episode for me.
