In another comment thread you say:

This is asked in the context of the killing oysters and similar with the ultimate conclusion of that conversation that we should err on the side of caution.

This line of reasoning always seems to lead inexorably to being anti-abortion.

Are you opposed to abortion out of "equal consideration to the interests" of the fetus, or is there some way to reconcile equal rights with "women's rights"?
