That's the norm with them. I was invited in for an interview too, but then when I read more about the interview tactics and their corporate culture, I realized it wouldn't be a place I enjoyed working and cancelled.

Can you elaborate? It's been a long time since I tried automated testing. However, my experience was it slowed down the development process too much. I can see it's good to test the things that haven't changed where multiple products are integrated, but if you're making a lot of changes to a single product it seems to be a bottleneck over just throwing a QA team at it.
