It can't be coincidence that industries considered "fun" always have the worst working conditions. Animators & comic artists also have ridiculous hours and shit pay

How does your research interact with your clinical work? Are they directly related?

Being a bit greedy and going for a second question, but who do you interact with in your clinical work besides the patient? Are there radiology techs (not radiologists) you lead? Are there other doctors/surgeons who refer to you with for advice?
