If you aren't going to continue practicing a field that you are licensed to do, you can always write about it or report in the area.

What was your creative process like for making the show? Did you watch the movies with anyone else during the preview phase? If so, did that help contribute to the flow of the writing? How many viewings were necessary to have a show fully "written"?

What bothers me about this mentality is that if you aren't hiring marketers, why do you expect them to be successful at marketing themselves?
NOTE: I'm not saying that a person shouldn't be able to highlight their strengths to a prospective employer, but for some fields (e.g. game developer), someone's work should speak louder than an impersonal letter.
