How does that come about, and does a relationship that open with your parents not cross a line in terms of appropriate parent/child behavior no matter the age of the child? Do you plan to be that open with your own daughter?

I have a question about paying for medical attention. When you recieve a bill like this is there a "pay by" date, and if their is then what happens if you don't pay in time? And if not, then how does an outstanding bill like this affect your life?
