Netflix doesnt sell games. Steam and playstore do. What are you talking about? Who decides what devs "deserve to be found". What is shovel ware? Why would i use your service over the two mentioned above? Why would i pay a monthly fee for access to 5$ games? I can pay for something ONCE on steam or playstore and own it forever.
