Hi Palmer!

In your teens you hacked together head-mounted displays (HMD) in your parent's garage. You have the world's largest collection of HMDs. I'm so happy for you, that you were able to turn your hobby into your job. You dreamt the VR dream when no one did and kickstarted the entire VR industry. You're an inspiration to young engineers and entrepreneurs everywhere. Meeting and interviewing you at gamescom was one of my favourite memories of 2015.

My question: Do you still have the time to sit down and tinker around, to assemble new hardware prototypes or to code software? Or are you too busy with interviews, meetings, and managerial duties? Are you doing 18h workdays or are those days over?

In short: How does your typical day look like now?

How many fake orders have you gotten from the story AP ran on you?

Edit: And how do you deal with fake orders anyway? I imagine it must suck getting woken up at 5am.
