I somehow got an out of state phantom fireworks catalog and would drool over that as a kid. I would talk shit about tnt and wish I could order some of that stuff to my home state where it's fountains and boring shit only. It's funny thinking back on this, now I've moved around and see phantom stands in similar legal jurisdictions, just another TNT.

I wonder if tnt sells cool fireworks in the right states.

Darkness is the smallest issue. Any sediment picked up by current will tank visibility very quickly.

They profit off of it too. Unless someone forces them to change or cuts off their profit they won't change. Unfortunately business doesn't care if they're fucking people over, only if they're turning a profit.

Huh, I would never have guessed until I really thought about it. For some reason phantom wasn't around at all even in pop ups in VA, but I think I saw "neutered" phantom stands in other states.

It's probably because of the backlog and also all the people who emergency situations. I got mine in about 3 months but I had a very dire situation.
