So bare with me cause this is both a funny and embarrassing story. At the time I thought I was going to die but looking back I cannot help but laugh... I had woken up early one morning and went to the Chow Hall for breakfast (I rarely did that). I drank a shit load of apple juice and had a lot to eat thinking that I would have time to relax take a shower that sort of thing. Well I was a Military Police officer for the Army and I worked for Explosive Ordinance Disposal (the bomb suit fellas). Well on my way to the bathroom from the chow hall I here a blast from a roadside bomb go off just down the road so I started to run to our building and get ready to leave the base to investigate it. Five minutes after arriving at the blast site I start to have the rumbles in the tummy region. We finish up and start heading back and I am in pain (it is called the Iraqi Shits) when we get a call that there is another roadside bomb out there in the same area that needs to be disposed of and we pull up in from of our base to regroup. I look at my buddy and said watch my M4 I have my 9mm I am going to go behind our disposal shipping container and shit. Well whilst taking a shit (pretty bad) I hear a guttural growl that was not my stomach. Turns out five wild Iraqi dogs decided to growl and hump one another while I was squatting. I reach for my pistol to make sure that one did not get to close and as soon as I got it out one of the larger males lunges at me which sadly got him shot in the head. My sergeant comes running around the building and I am knocked in my own shit with blood of this dead dog all over me and him laying in my lap. I wanted to cry so bad. Weeks later I found out that people were on the guard tower watching this whole scenario and laughing their asses off.

I know I need to. I have a friend that is supposed to take me but it has not happened yet and I cannot afford to do it.

LOL... I work at a dog kennel and groomer. I just got the job that my friend gave me to help me out. I like it and it has helped but I need to find a career that is fulfilling. Sometimes I think that a veterans biggest problem is not feeling as useful as we used to be.

until yesterday when a filthy little cat bit the shit out of my picky finger while he was getting groomed.

That is a good question. A lot of my hobbies have gone down hill. I used to love to create music and paintings (not really good lol). I thought that I would like to work in the movie industry or act but I gotta kind of be realistic.
