How effective is weight loss as a control method?
What is the best sleep position for avoiding sleep apnea?
Currently I monitor my heart rate with Fitbit Charge and I notice during my cycle my heart rate randomly spikes from a resting rate of 60-70bpm to 140-160. The Fitbit records in 5 minute intervals, so I am not able to provide more information. This usually occurs at least three times a week.
I suffer from sleepless nights. Thanks for any insight you can provide.
