I am a liberal. I vote liberal and I support liberal candidates, but I am also an enthusiastic 3-gun participant and I own AR 15s. My comp rifle was $4500, are you going to pay me for that?

Rights and the constitution aside, you are talking about cratering a multi-billion dollar industry. From gun sales, training and practice facilities and ranges, competitions, and other gear associated. There are many small businesses that are centered solely on catering to this active sport.

I realize the all or nothing position is a good sound bite and has afforded you some spotlight that you really needed, but it is time to walk back this nonsense and talk about actual sensible gun control.
