Hi Richard. When it comes to sound design, I run all of my audio through to a group channel. On that group I have an EQ with a low cut at 35Hz and then a brichwall limiter for all the big explosions and sounds like that. Is this correct or would you suggest something different?

As I am in South Africa, there aren't many opportunities to intern in a big studio or work in studios with such high profile engineers like yourself so it is hard to learn the tricks of the trade and build knowledge through experience. Are the any courses and/or reference material that you could recommend I look at where I could find this type of knowledge to learn? Thanks, Greg

As I was originally a Cubase user, it was a natural progression to move to Nuendo. But I am worried that this is going to hold me back as it seems Pro Tools is the industry standard when it comes to film. Is this true and do you recommend I make the move across to Pro Tools to better my chances of making it in the industry?

And another one :) Are there specific plugins and effects that you use and would recommend?
