Why are there so many more Asian Female with White Male couples than the reverse?

I have a question about pistol fundamentals.

When I'm shooting a pistol my trigger finger seems to be slipping around on the trigger. Meaning, after I break the shot the recoil seems to move my finger around so my finger is contacting closer to the first knuckle as opposed to the pad.

Also for head and eye position, I watched the USMC rifle fundamentals videos and it stated that your eye operates most efficiently when it is looking straight out of the socket with your head positioned straight up and down. Instead of tucking your chin down and looking out the top of your eye socket closer to your eyebrows. I seem to see advanced pistol shooters seemingly violate these fundamentals. Would it be beneficial for a new shooter to establish these fundamentals from the get-go?

Has anyone ever gone "missing" in the field? What sort of security measures are taken to ensure you come back from fighting a wildfire?
