I've a strong mind for math and a fascination with technology, and I'd like nothing more than to be a part of these ideas (as I'm sure many others here do), but with the dozens of schools and programs and educational topics and various computer science paths, knowing which topics to study or even where to start is far from obvious.
That said, what would be your recommendation for an education path that would be most beneficial and influential towards the development of AI?
How important is the choice of which grad school, and do you have recommendations for any specific programs?
Is this even a relatively employable field, or is it similar to the overabundance of lawyers and business majors being pumped into the economy?
