In the 2008 decision of D.C. v Heller, as I understand it, prohibits the banning of a platform of firearms, stating that it infringes on our 2nd amendment rights. A few years ago Connecticut banned the 'AR' rifle platform. How is this not a violation of the 2nd amendment like the Heller decision outlined?

Was it difficult to learn Braille? I can't even feel the difference between the letters on my fingers.. About how fast can you read, like do you know how many letters/ words per minute you can read?
