How much do you get paid and how does someone get into a casino surveillance job?

I'm not a conspiracy theorist but that video has got me thinking, maybe building 7 was actually demolished deliberately because it was so badly damaged from the debris from the other towers. If it was to fall by itself it could have fallen onto the other buildings nearby but by controlling the fall it significantly reduced the damage to other buildings.
