It is not loaded, they knew their SECOND child was was going to inherit, did you read the OP at all?

It was a real question, why did they have a second child knowing they'd be carrier and would pass this on to her child (their grandchildren).

Maybe stop projecting your own issues onto it? They said NO QUESTION OFF LIMITS in the OP.
