I had them for just Internet for a couple years (spotty connection, horrible customer service unless you are a new customer or calling to up grade). They call me one day and tell me that they will up grade me to full cable with hbo and better Internet for less then i was paying for a year. I got 1 month at that reduced rate, then it went up 20. I called, bs bs bs, they don't know what I'm talking about, it's a great rate, just shut up and take it. Goes up another 30 the next month. Southpark does their comcast episode, which is so close to the truth, and i fire them forever.
