Hello, Sean.
One of the reasons that I enjoy reading the A.V. Club is that the personalities of all the writers shine through. You're not just reading reviews and news stories at face value, but reading them through the eyes of a passionate pop culture consumer. With that said, do you consider the A.V. Club a site where the staff are allowed to mature into old age? Or does the site benefit from a revolving door of "new blood?" Where do you see yourself in ten years? NO COMEDY ANSWERS PLEASE!

I loved your first season. One thing that impressed me is that you work the whole cast in to most sketches, but it doesn't feel forced.
Anyway, my question is: If your troupe were a professor at Comedy University, what five movies would you want your class to watch? Extra credit bonus points for picking one movie per decade for the last five decades.

Hello, Jeff.
I want to start by saying that the current season (28) of Survivor is the best yet. Casting is a huge reason why. I will always favor a great cast over gimmicks (e.g. Redemption Island). However, my question is unrelated to Survivor.
You have great comedic timing as host of The Greatest Event in Television History. The scene from the Too Close For Comfort episode where you acknowledge that the show has footage of a ghost is sublime. Can you tell me how you were chosen as host for that show, and do you have plans to do more comedic projects in the future?
