What’s your (and, by extension, your church’s) stance on gays, particularly relating to marriage and holding official roles within the parish?

I’m(28) getting a colonoscopy and endoscopy tomorrow (and currently loathing my dog while he gets to eat breakfast). Is it possible to get a copy of my procedure video? Also, what can I expect, in terms is post-procedure pain? My doctor said I might experience “some discomfort,” but I fear that’s merely the party line.
