When it comes to psychedelics, do you find that each psychedelic serves a different purpose medicinally wise? How do you determine whether to give the patient LSD/psilocybin/dmt etc?

Thanks for the response. I'm specifically talking about the vaccine adverse side effects. There are top experts in the field like Peter Hotez who's been quoted to say "Vaccine development is a tough space to be in because the risk is high, the timelines are long, and it’s expensive". He isn't the only one uncomfortable about rushing a vaccine, so I was curious as to what safeguards or guarantees there are for people to feel more comfortable taking something that could cause problems down the road. Not all side effects show up in only a few weeks or months.

What if adverse effects only show up 5 years down the road?
