I agree, props to her for being able to push through and ignore most of it. No matter how creepy it is. I've had stalkers before and it's terrible, can't begin to imagine what it's like to have multiple at once :s. Stay strong Hex!

I mean fair response. I'm looking at it from a retailers perspective and I know we would do similar tactics to draw people in and keep them there.

It's a marketing strategy really. People go there for cheap scripts and they want to keep those people in the store so they find more stuff to buy and spend more money. Obviously being cheap makes it more popular and would add to wait time too, but I have been there on seemingly quiet days and have waited just as long.
