Hmmm. Eye twitching is 7th cranial nerve, not the same as hand and not close by. Maybe swelling in nerve areas? Anyhow, the fact that you can move your fingers is a good sign.

FYI, I had most of a lung removed 40y ago (yes, I am old!) and had pretty much the same scar but only on the right side (complete with drainage tubes). Took a long time to get feeling back in my right breast, but it did come back.
