Food access is sometimes overlooked when it comes to the hierarchy of needs and there is some research that suggests that food insecurity is much more prevalent on college campuses than previously thought.
Regarding Covid-19, many students may be unemployed and/or living at home with family who are also food insecure. Have you had experience with this?
